Paul Davis (Belmont Close, Sea Crest, Wicklow Town & formerly Dalkey, Co. Dublin ) 29th August 2020, peacefully at The Blackrock Hospice, Dublin, surrounded by his loving family. Sadly missed by his loving wife Cissie, daughter Erika, son-in-law Liam, grandchildren Cameron and Reece, brother Peter, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and many friends.

Michael Long of Wicklow Town who passed away Thursday, 27th August 2020, peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Mary and much loved father of Patricia and Katie. Sadly missed by his sisters Eileen, Joan and Colette, grandchildren Shane, Daniel and Olivia and their dad Kevin, son-in-law Roger, extended family and friends.

Veronica (Vera) Carroll née Connolly of Wicklow Town and formerly of Clonkeen, Killoran, Aughrim, Ballinasloe, Co Galway who passed away in her 90th year on Sunday 16th August 2020 peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Matthew and daughter Patricia (Trisha). Loving and much loved mother of Kevin, Pauline, Anne, Mary, Veronica, Elizabeth, Jackie and Aishling. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Elizabeth (Betty) Dunne née Nolan of Ballynerrin Upper, Wicklow and late of Ballinaclough who passed away Sunday 16th August 2020 peacefully with her family by her side at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Michael and much loved and loving mother of William and Edel. She will be sadly missed by her adored grandchildren Michael and his partner Una, David and his partner Peta, Vincent and his partner Amy, Dean and his partner Sarah, great grandchildren Mya, Michael and Joseph, brother Paddy, daughter in law Gillian, son in law Michael, sisters in law Julia and Carmel along with her “other boys” Graham Fitzgerald, and Ivan, Arthur and James Delahunt, nieces, nephews, extended family, good neighbours and friends.

Michael (Turkey) Doyle of The New Bungalows, Merrymeeting, Rathnew and a proud Villager passed away peacefully at his home with his family on Thursday 13th August 2020. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Ann and much loved and loving dad of Robert, Diane, Michael, Samantha, Edward and the late Michael Martin and adoring grandad to Jordan, Farrah, Kate, Lucy, Shane, Robin, Milly, Rían and Conor. He will be greatly missed and remembered with love by his brothers, sisters, extended family and friends.

Thomas (Fin) Corkish of Castlefield in Wicklow Town who passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday 8th August 2020. Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Maura and his brothers Stephen and Bernie. Dearly loved husband of Mary and much loved and loving father of Ger, Brenda, Jenny, Debbie, Finn and Ian. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings Mary, Patricia, Brenda, Ernie, Joe, Carol, John Paul, and Denise, extended family and friends.

Mary Kavanagh née Hender of Birkdale Dunbur Road in Wicklow Town and late of Ashford who passed away peacefully on Friday 7th August 2020. Predeceased by her beloved husband Paddy and daughter Aoibheann. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons Michael and Everett, brother Brian, sisters, Sr Angela, Ina and Carmel, daughter in laws Joanne and Mei-Ling, grandchildren Lyndsey, Sophia, Amy, Tara and Collins and great grandson Tiernan, extended family and friends.

George Henry of Hillside House, Hillside Road, Wicklow Town who passed away on Sunday 2nd August 2020 in his 90th year, in the loving arms of his family. Beloved husband and best friend of Pat for 61 years. He will be remembered with undying love by his sons Patrick and Marcel, daughter Lylie and their spouses Jane, Lorraine and Robert, grandchildren Kate, Luke, Georgie and Orla, and by his siblings Andy, his wife Colette, Lillian, and Mary along with her husband Michael, and by his extended family and friends. George is predeceased by his parents Paddy and Lylie, and his sister Aina.

Removal from Hillside House, at walking pace, on Wednesday morning at 11.20am, via High Street and the Market Square, to St Patrick’s Church, arriving for funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the nurses, carers and doctors of St Vincent’s University Hospital for the excellent care and attention George received and which they continue to show to our dear mother Pat over the last two years.
