Peacefully in the tender care of the wonderful staff of the Wicklow Hospice after a long illness bravely borne. Cherished husband of Irene, beloved father of Clíona, Emer, John & Declan, adored grandfather of Aoife Maya, Oisín, Fainche, Rohan, Brannagh, Dominick, Iseult, Faolán, Dáithí, Coilín & little angels Étaín & Ayla, brother of the late Brigid, Margaret & Thomas & father-in-law of the late Sidar. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife, sons, daughters, son-in-law David, daughters-in-law Joanne & Neha, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.

In accordance with government guidelines, Paddy’s funeral will take place in private. Removal from his residence on Sunday evening at 5.30, walking to St. Patrick’s Church, arriving for reception prayers at 6 o’clock. Funeral Mass at 12 noon on Monday & those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the parish webcam

Muriel Doyle (née Doran) Rectory Heights, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford and formerly St. Patrick’s Avenue, Wicklow Town, 7th June 2021 in her 93rd year in the loving care of the staff at TLC Carton, Nursing Home, Raheny, Dublin. Loving wife of the late Patrick ( Paddy ) sadly missed by her loving sons Derek, Eugene, Donal and Brian, daughters Patricia, Carol Ann and Joan, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Due to the current HSE guidelines Muriel’s Funeral Mass will be private for family only (restricted to 50 people). Muriel’s Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday in St. Patrick’s Church Wicklow Town at 1.00 pm which can be viewed on www.wicklowparish.ie followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

Please maintain social distancing at all times.

Gaye McGettigan (nee Pimley), Wicklow Town, and formerly Finglas, Dublin  suddenly at her home on 4th June 2021 aged 63 years. Sadly missed by her devoted and loving husband Charlie and her children Karen, Anna and Charles and their partners Alan, David and Amanda. A much loved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. Deeply regretted by her husband, daughters, son, and her adored granddaughters Jude, Lucy, Cara and Isabella and her great grandchild Lily, surviving sisters Maureen, Anne, Rita and Amanda, brother John, in laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Late of Newtownmountkennedy.  Peacefully in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff at Wicklow Hospice. Dearly loved husband of Betty. Predeceased by his brothers Gerard and Noel, and his wife Ursula (nee Synnott). He will be sadly missed by his loving wife and soulmate Betty, his daughter Fiona, son David, step-daughter Audrie, step-sons Stephen and Bryan, his sister Pauline and Brother Tom, grandchildren, great grandson, daughters in law, sons in law, brothers and sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

A special mention for Cyril’s beloved little dog and constant companion ‘Millie’, who brought him so much happiness and joy over the past few years.

Due to Government restrictions Cyril’s Funeral Mass will be private (restricted to 50 people) on Saturday morning at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town. For those unable to attend the mass, it can be viewed via the Church webcam at www.wicklowparish.ie. Burial after mass in Kilmurray Cemetery, Newtownmountkennedy.
