Died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after a short illness. Predeceased by his father Philip and mother Hannah and brother Ned. Phil will be sadly missed by Peggy and his children Cathal O’Sullivan (Dublin), Siobhan O’Sullivan (Wicklow), Una Tangney (Scartaglen, Kerry), Neil O’Sullivan (Wicklow) and Aine O’Sullivan (Dublin), sister Nora Mai O’Connell (Scartaglen), brother Jack O’Sullivan (Castleisland), sons-in-law Joe, Brian and Willie, daughter-in-law Linda, grandchildren Paul, Rachel, Eoghan, Laura, Niamh, Ciara, Aaron, Sean, Ryan and Ian, great-grandchildren Caoimhe and Sophie, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Phil will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) Friday evening from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.

Removal Saturday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow Town, arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass, for those unable to attend the Funeral Mass can be viewed by clicking on Philips Funeral Mass followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

Sinead Cahill née Walsh of Seafield, Wicklow Town and formerly of Crumlin, Dublin who passed away on Monday 22nd November 2022 peacefully, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by her loving husband Tommy and siblings Eric and Laura. Much loved and loving mother of Stephen and Denise. Sadly missed by her loving family, siblings Raymond and Lorraine, daughter-in-law Mary, sisters in law Therese and Bernie, grandchildren Conor, Cara and Dillon, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Sinead will repose at her home from 5pm until 8pm on Thursday. Funeral arriving to St. Patrick’s Church, Wicklow, on Friday morning for funeral Mass at 10am followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.

The family of Helen Gorman wishes to announce her peaceful passing after a short illness, on Friday 18th November 2022 at Blackrock Clinic, Dublin.

Helen was a special lady who touched the lives of many people and she will be sadly missed by her beloved husband Tom, her children Brian, Elaine, David and John, and her siblings Geraldine, Richard and Conor and her extended family and friends.

Kieran Nichols of High Street in Wicklow Town who passed away on Wednesday, 9th November 2022, peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents George and Maura. Loving father of Stephen, Susan, Marc and Fiona and brother of Des, Frances and Gerry. He will be sadly missed by his 11 grandchildren, partner, extended family and friends.

Elizabeth (Betty) Kennedy née Grogan of The Anchorage Wicklow Town and formerly of Ballinacor, Kilbride, and Boolinarig and Eglish, Co. Offaly who passed away peacefully aged 101 years on Monday 7th November 2022 in the excellent care of the staff at the Knockrobin Hill Care Home. Beloved wife of the late Andy.   Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces and nephew, Kathleen Farrell and Anne Manning (Glasson), Evelyn Smith (Delgany), Rosarii Kinsella (Birr), Denise, Mary and Liam Grogan and Pauleen Swift (Dublin) and by her grand and great-grand nieces and nephews, cousins especially Liz and Paul, extended family and friends.

Czwalina, Gerhard, late of Wicklow Heights, Wicklow Town and Bochum, Germany. Died peacefully on 28th October surrounded by his loving family in the excellent care of ICU, St Vincent’s Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen, brother Peter and his companion Ann. Sadly missed by his sons Christian and Kevin, daughters in law Emma and Sarah. Much loved grandchildren Jade, Nicole, Charlie, Arran, Cillian, Sam and Katie, sisters Rosie, Marlis and Marianne, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.

Martin (née Cullen) Gabrielle (Wicklow Town, and formerly of Taghmon, Co. Wexford): Saturday, 29th October 2022, peacefully in her 99th year surrounded by her loving family and friends and in the tender loving care of the staff of Cairnhill, Bray. Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank, her parents Jack and Eileen Cullen and brothers Jim and Des.

 

Gabrielle will be sadly missed by her sister Carmel Berry (Duncormick, Co. Wexford) her nephew Michael and nieces Dee, Ruth, Pauline and Annmarie and wider family circle, her many friends and neighbours from Wicklow.

Pauline Jameson, of St Joseph’s Centre, Clonsilla and formerly of Convent Road, Wicklow Town who passed away peacefully on Wednesday 12th October 2022 surrounded by her loving family and in the excellent care of the staff of St Joseph’s. Beloved daughter of the late Edward and Cora Jameson and much loved sister of John, Carmel (Collins) and Mary (Doyle). Colette Molloy née Canning of Dunbur, Wicklow Town and formerly of Grand Canal Street, Dublin who passed away on Wednesday 5th October 2022 peacefully at the Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home. Dearly loved wife of Nick and much loved and loving mother of Nicola, Conor and Donagh.
